Two display slots and one outstream slot share the same Ad Manager ad unit. Prebid asks Adswag for a bid, then sends the price bucket to Ad Manager. The outstream player comes from Adswag when that bid wins. This page does not install its own renderer.

Line items in Ad Manager run from 0.50 to 10.00 euros in steps of 50 cents. A bid of 2.30 becomes hb_pb=2.00. A bid of 2.50 stays 2.50. Anything above 10.00 is sent as 10.00, which is the top line item.
